As a creative individual, I’ve always loved having the opportunity to share my passion for food with others around me and to bring people together. My passion for barbecue began as a kid while watching my father cooking for the family in our back yard and the love he put into each dish. Barbecue has provided such a wonderful outlet to do exactly that, share love through the gift of barbecue.

I believe that food and especially barbecue crosses all cultural boundaries to bring people together. Creating innovative, unique, and interesting culinary dishes is my main priority.
